I have always been taken with and inspired by the Georgian architecture that is ubiquitous around the city of Dublin, Ireland. Charmed by the old, dignified style and wanting to incorporate these unique features into design work, I imagined a hotelier client requiring a new logo design for an historic, Dublin city centre hotel. I ideated two options for a fictitious hotel named 'The Georgian Hotel', the details of which are based specifically on famed Dublin doors.
